How to report a claim

1. Call our office at 609-345-2203. We'll help you report the claim to the right insurance company and tell you what to expect next.
2. Outside office hours, call your insurance company directly. The claims phone number is on your policy or declarations page. Then let us know so we can follow up.
3. Prevent further damage if it's safe to. Cover broken windows, shut off water, or tarp a roof, and keep receipts for what you spend. Your policy may require reasonable steps to protect the property.
4. Document everything. Take photos and video of the damage before cleanup, and keep damaged items until the adjuster says you can dispose of them.
