Request a certificate of insurance

Tell us who needs proof of your coverage and what it should show. We prepare it and send it.

A certificate of insurance is a summary of a policy you already have. Landlords, lenders, general contractors, and towns ask for one as proof of coverage. If you own a rental property in New Jersey, your town may ask you to register one each year.

Need it today? Call us at 609-345-2203.

Give us a phone number, an email, or both. Questions marked “required” are the only ones we need.

The person or business the policy is written for.

With the area code, for example (609) 555-0100.

The person, company, lender, or town asking for it, named the way they want it to appear.

An email address for you, for them, or both.

Do they need to be named as an additional insured?

Naming someone as an additional insured changes the policy, and the insurance company may charge for it. We’ll talk with you before anything changes.

For example, the insurance wording from your contract or lease.

A certificate shows the coverage your policy has now. It can't add coverage or change the policy. If what the other party is asking for goes beyond your policy, we'll call you to talk it through.

Please don’t include Social Security, driver’s license, or bank account numbers. How we handle your information.
